The aim is to embed a more structured, efficient and plan-based working method supported by redesigned business processes across the organization, allowing improving our service level to our clients. To achieve this goal, the programme provides for new computer systems to be installed in the front, mid and back offices. NGR Consulting is one of the major implementation partners of the Core Banking program.
