NGR Suite

NGR Suite is an integrated methodological and tool framework that our consultants have at disposal to maximize the performance delivered to our clients. As a company, we believe that setting up the appropriate processes and support tools enables reaching project results in the most effective and efficient way.

NGR Suite is organized in three areas:

Project Management.

This module supports our consultants in providing projects on time, on budget and to requirements. This section sets our project management methodology and provides a comprehensive repository of the needed documentation and deliverables to be used across each project phase and according to the project typology.

Integrator.

NGR Suite Integrator incorporates reliable methods, techniques and practices to build integrated solutions. This suite component comprises our approach to the implementation of ERP solutions, from package selection to change management.

Bank Solutions.

NGR Suite Bank Solutions includes a set of tools needed to speed up project deliverables. This part of the suite comprises all the data bases, references and documentation of the main bank packages which enable our consultants to provide accurate and rapid answers to clients’ enquiries.
