NGR Consulting seeks to reach potential candidates having a blend of solid personal skills and professional competence.

We periodically post job offers on our internet web-site and are happy to receive unsolicited applications.

When assessing a job application, we will consider the following elements: specific competence and skills, professional experience, educational background and personality traits.

Applications are available to the management team and are periodically reviewed by them. If the review phase is successful, candidates are invited to start the interview cycle. In order to prepare well for the interview, candidates may want to consider how they can better contribute to NGR Consulting on specific dimensions :

While going through three interview sessions, we will identify the potential of the candidate’s personal contribution to our company and will use different interviewing techniques, from experience interviews to role playing and tests. This will help us evaluating whether the candidate’s motivation, skills, competencies, personality traits meet our requirements and how we can best suit the candidate’s development.
