Professional Development

Candidates will join the NGR consultant team according to their level of experience, educational background and personality traits.

As they become part of the team, candidates will be offered an introductory session, on the one hand, to make them comfortable with internal company processes and, on the other, to initiate them to the NGR Consulting methodology, approach and tools for project management.

Consultants will be followed in these sessions by their counselor, who will also support them during the phase of career development.

To enhance individual skills and competence sets, training sessions, both formal and on-the-job, are offered. Formal training can take the form of on-site or off-site training. On-site training will be offered by our consultants and managers as we believe in sharing and diffusing experience. This is also combined with mentoring and on-the-job training, where NGR consultants will gain the most valuable learning opportunities by participating to our daily growth. Formal off-site training modules will be offered on specific topics suiting the professional needs of each consultant.
